Hyderabad: A 17-year-old Intermediate First Year girl student died by suicide on the Sri Chaitanya College hostel premises at Peerzadiguda under Medipally PS, where she was studying. She hails from Wanaparthy district. Police found that she was upset over staying away from parents.
On Thursday, around lunch time, students found her in an unconscious state and she taken to a nearby private hospital, where she was declared dead.
Police said they recovered a note from her room purportedly written by her.
The note said that she was feeling lonely and upset of staying away from her parents.
Medipally police started a probe into the incident.
