Bhopal: At least two workers were on Sunday killed and several others feared trapped under the debris as the roof of an under-construction cinema hall collapsed in district headquarters of Jhabua in Madhya Pradesh, police said.
Bodies of the two slain labourers were removed from the debris, police said.
Three labourers were injured in the incident and admitted to the nearby hospital, police said.
The local people and the police rushed to the spot immediately after the incident and launched a rescue operation to remove the workers trapped under the debris of the collapsed roof, police said.
The rescue operation continued till the last reports came.
