Bhopal: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati on Monday threatened to review support to Kamal Nath government if cases filed against Dalits during the pro-reservation agitation in Madhya Pradesh earlier were not withdrawn.
The BSP said many activists comprising Dalits were falsely implicated in cases while staging protest against the Supreme Court verdict diluting SC/ST Act in April.
The state government should withdraw cases registered against them immediately, failing which the BSP would be constrained to review its support to the Kamal Nath government, the party said.
