KURNOOL: Union minister for chemicals and fertilisers Ananthkumar on Wednesday visited Ahobilam Mutt and offered prayers to the presiding deity Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy.
Accompanied by his family members, the Union minister landed in the temple town in a private helicopter. Speaking to the reporters, the Union minister said that Ahobilam would be developed on the lines of Srisailam and Tirupati. A tri-circuit temple tourism connecting Ahobilam to Srisailam and Tirupati is on the cards, he said. District collector S. Satyanarayana and Allagadda former MLA Rampulla Reddy and others accompanied the Union minister.
