Naidu's plea for FIR quash in SC to come up for hearing on Oct. 3
Vijayawada: Telugu Desam president N. Chandrababu Naidu’s special leave petition, challenging the AP High Court’s order to dismiss his plea for quashing of FIR in the AP skill development scam to come up for hearing in the Supreme Court on October 3.
A division bench comprising Justices Anirudh Bose and Bela Trivedi are likely to hear the case at Court No. 6.
Moreover, as the AP-CID filed a caveat before the apex court saying that its arguments should also be heard, it takes some time for the court to hear both the parties and pronounce its verdict in the case.
