Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami
Salem: Well known Salem-based social activist Mr. Piyush Manush on Friday sent a complaint against the Chief Minister, Mr. Edappadi K Palaniswami, who is also in-charge of the State Highways department, to the Salem unit of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) to inquire into alleged irregularities in the construction of several flyovers on NH-44, Bengaluru-Salem-Namakkal, in recent months and related issues and file cases.
Mr. Manush went to the local DVAC office, but it is learnt that as the officials were not there at that time, the activist e-mailed his complaint to the DVAC. Mr. Manush complaining against the CM has sent shock-waves across Salem district.
