She appreciated JITO (Jain International Trade Organisation) and Andhra Pradesh Athletic Association (APAA) for organising the Ahimsa Run in which over 2,000 athletes participated.
The runs covered distances of 3 KM, 5 KM and 10 KM for both men and women in age groups of 12–35 years, 36–50 years and above 51 years. For smooth conduct of the run, NTR Vijayawada police diverted traffic.
