Chandrababu Naidu backstabbed the contract employees just as he did to his father-in law and former chief minister, TD party founder N.T. Rama Rao.

Mr Reddy pointed out that the chief minister, during poll campaigning, has promised to regularise the jobs of contract employees. After Mr Naidu came to power, the before the elections but after coming into power, services of the contract employees are being terminated. Mr Reddy predicted that the YSRC would come to power in 2019 and promised to do justice to the municipal workers who are protesting against GO N. 279, once he assumed power.

He alleged that the TD government was selling all vital sectors, including the education sector, to private players. “The power sector might be handed over to Sujana Chowdary or C.M. Ramesh.” They will not hesitate to hand over the power sector to Sujana Chowdary or C.M Ramesh and APSRTC to either Kesineni or J.C Prabhakar Reddy.
