Adilabad: Arrangements made for counting of polled votes in district headquarters

Adilabad: Arrangements were made for counting of polled votes in the districts headquarters of Nirmal, Mancherial, Komaram Bheem Asifabad and Adilabad districts on December 3, Sunday.

The results will be declared on the same day. As many as ten assembly constituencies went for polls in the erstwhile Adilabad district.

Election officials sealed the EVMs in the presence of party representatives and shifted these to strong in the district headquarters.

In Nirmal, officials arranged 14 counting tables for 22 rounds to count polled votes in Mudhole, Nirmal and Khanapur constituencies.

Arrangements were made for counting of polled votes of Boath and Adilabad constituencies at Adilabad district headquarters. Arrangements were also made for counting of votes of Sirpur (T) and Asifabad constituencies in Komaram Bheem Asifabad district headquarters.

The votes polled in Chennur, Bellampalli and Mancherial constituencies will be countered in the Mancherial district headquarters.

On the other hand, the votes polled in Yellandu, Pinapaka, Ashwaraopeta, Kothagudem and Bhadrachalam constituencies will be counted at the counting centres in Palvancha in Bhadradi-Kothgudem district. The polled votes in the Khammam, Wyra, Madhira and Paleru and Sattupalli will be counted at the counting centres in Khammam district headquarters.
