Kadapa: As the elections are drawing closer, family members of politicians have entered the campaign while candidates have stopped.
The key Assembly constituency in Kadapa district is Jammalammadugu where rivals for decades are contesting on the same platform.
Adinarayana Reddy is the aspirant of the TD for Kadapa Parliament seat, where Ramasubba Reddy is contesting for the Assembly in Jammalamadugu. Both groups have come together to campaign. Mr Sivareddy, an engineering graduate, son of Ramasubba Reddy and Sudheer Reddy, postgraduate, son of Adinar-ayana Reddy are campaining for Ramasubba Reddy and Adijnarayana Reddy.
TD district president R. Srinivasa Reddy is campaigning for his brother along with his daughter Sriyanka Reddy who is studying medicine at Hyderabad. Her paternal uncle Ramesh Reddy is contesting as TD aspirant in Rayachoti. They both explained the welfa-re activities implemented by the TD government at Sambepalle. Ramesh Reddy’s mother Hemalat-hamma and his wife Nanditamma are also campaigning. YSRC candidate Srikanth Reddy’s wife Sivalalitha is touring villages.
Amir Babu is contesting as the TD candidate from Kadapa where Amjad Basha is from the YSRC. Amir’s son Fazil and Amjad’s brother Ahmad are campaigning here. Fazil is studying MD general medicine in Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, while Ahmed is a businessman.
In Rajampeta, Batyala Chengalrayulu is contesting as the TD candidate and Meda Mallikarjuna Reddy from the YSRC.
Batyala’s relatives Adapala Babu, Vysali, Adapala Sujatha and close friend Somalaraju Chandrasekhara Raju are campaigning for him. In support of Mallikarjuna Reddy his wife Sucharitha, sons Venkatrami Reddy, Krishnateja Reddy, sisters Vijayalaxmi and Sarada and brother Raghunatha Reddy, his close associate Yogiswara Reddy and paternal uncle Vijaya Bhaskara Reddy are the key campaigners.
Putha Narasimha Reddy is the TD aspirant for Kamalapuram where the YSRC candidate is Ravi-ndranath Reddy. Putha’s son Chaitanya Reddy, who completed his MS in London and is doing business in Hyderabad came to the village and is campaigning along with his wife Chaitanya.
Putha’s daughter Dr Divyasri and her husband Yashwanth Reddy and nephew Laxmi Red-dy are extensively campaigning.
Ravindranath Reddy’s wife Aruna, daughter Ramyatha Reddy and son Ramanjula Reddy are touring villages. In Proddutur, TD candidate Mallela Linga Reddy’s wife Laxmiprasanna, son Harsha Vardhan Reddy and daughter Laxmi Tanuja are also campaigning. YSRC aspirant Rachamallu Prasada Reddy’s wife Ramadevi and brother Kiran are involved in door to door campaigning in Prodd-utur.
Engineering graduate Ponnapureddy Siva Reddy along with his wife Alekhya, is working for his father and TD aspirant for Jammalamadugu Ramasubba Reddy.
Along with them Rama-subba Reddy’s maternal aunt Laxmidevamma, brother Giridhar Reddy and sister Hymavathi are campaigning in villages.
YSRC candidate Sudhir Reddy’s wife Kranthi Priya is also campaigning. Pulivendula TD candidate Satish Reddy’s wife Sumathi, son Roshan Nagireddy and sister Kousalya are campaigning.
YSRC chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s wife Bharathi Reddy, mother Vijayamma and sister Sharmila are campaigning all over the state.
MP aspirant for YSRC Avinash Reddy’s wife Samatha, family membe-rs Abhishek Reddy and Kiran Kumar Reddy are touring villages. KSK constructions managing director, Mahesh Yadav and his brother Dr Ravi Yadav are working for their father, TD aspirant for Mydukur, Putta Sudhakar Yadav. YSRC candidate Raghurami Reddy’s sons Ashok and Nagi Reddy are also in election campaign mode.
Kodur TD aspirant Panthagani Narasimha Prasad’s uncle, MP Siva Prasad and YSRC candidate Srinivasulu’s wife Swarnakumari are campaigning. In Badvel TD aspirant Rajasekhar’s father Paul, senior party leader Vijayamma and her son Ritish Kumar Reddy are tirelessly campaigning. YSRC candidate Venkata Subbaiah’s wife Dr Sudha is touring villages.
