Girl from Sindhanur selected to watch Vikram landing
Vaishnavi answered as many as 20 queries in five minutes.
RAICHUR: She hasn't stopped smiling! And who would blame her! Thirteen year old Vaishnavi, a ninth grader from Sindhanur was picked to watch the landing of Chandrayaan -2 on the moon along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the ISRO Centre in Bengaluru on September 7.
Vaishnavi, who is a student of Daffodil Concept School, Sindhanur, is one of the two girls selected from the State through a competitive exam conducted online by ISRO.
Vaishnavi answered as many as 20 queries in five minutes. In all, over 50 lakh students from across the country took part in the test conducted on August 25.
