Vijayawada: Telugu Desam national general secretary N. Lokesh has on Thursday left Delhi, where he has stationed himself to deal with the aftermath of his father and former chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.
Lokesh has been meeting leaders of national parties as well as legal experts in his efforts towards getting his father released from jail.
After his arrival in Vijayawada, the TD leader is expected to visit the Central Prison in Rajahmundry on Friday, along with other family members of the former CM.
Lokesh is expected to return to Delhi shortly, as the Supreme Court will be hearing Chandrababu Naidu’s plea to quash the FIR in the AP skill development scam on October 9.
The YSRC government has also accused the TDP supremo of being involved in the AP fibernet and Amaravati Inner Ring Road scams
