Arvind Kejriwal back in Bengaluru for medical treatment
Bengaluru: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is arriving in Bengaluru tomorrow for medical treatment. Mr Kejriwal could stay in the city for ten or more days to stabilise his blood sugar.
Confirming his arrival, a senior official from Narayana Hrudayalaya said, “We are expecting him on February 7 as his team reached out to our hospital. His chronic cough issue is completely under control and he hardly coughs now after being treated at our hospital. However, we need to look into other parameters to assess his sugar level. However, many times BP and sugar levels shoot up because of stress and not the food intake. We need to look into that," he said. He said that Mr Kejriwal’s stay at the hospital and the line of treatment is yet to be decided and that they can comment only after he is diagnosed by the doctors.
Mr Kejriwal might also undergo naturopathy in the city. “He will leave for Bengaluru on February 7 to undergo naturopathy treatment. Also, he has fever. He will be there for 12-14 days," said a senior Delhi government official.
