Kishan Reddy to Inaugurate Extension of Four Train Services in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Union minister and BJP state chief G. Kishan Reddy will flag off the extension of four train services at an event at the Secunderabad station. The event will see the participation of Deputy Speaker T. Padma Rao, state ministers Mohd. Mahmood Ali and Talasani Srinivas Yadav and South Central Railway General Manager Arun Kumar Jain . They would be flagging off the extension of the Hadapsar-Hyderabad Triweekly Express up to Kazipet; Jaipur-Kacheguda weekly express up to Kurnool; H.S. Nanded-Tandur Parbhani daily express up to Raichur and the Karimnagar-Nizamabad daily passenger up to Bodhan. The extensions will come into effect from October 9.

Salary Hike Approved for Contract and Outsourcing Employees in Telangana Mini-Gurukulams

The state government has approved the salary enhancements for 418 contract and outsourcing employees in 29 mini-gurukulams. A Government Order (GO) was issued on Saturday. According to the revised remuneration structure, headmasters will receive Rs 6,300 per month, teachers Rs 4,500 and physical education teachers (PET) Rs 3,300 per month. Accountants will receive Rs 3,000 per month; auxiliary nurse midwives (ANM) Rs 2,700 per month. Class IV employees, Rs 2,250.

Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education to Distribute Physical Certificates Alongside Digital Copies

The Board of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) has announced a campaign to distribute physical copies of intermediate certificates. Although digital certificates have been available online through the bieap.apcfss.in portal and are valid for university admissions, the department aims to make the process smoother for students.

Starting October 10, , students can collect their physical certificates from their colleges. The board has requested parents to collect the certificates on behalf of their children.

The digital 12th pass certificates available on the official website (bieap.apcfss.in) have been widely accepted by universities across the region.

TSRTC Honors 286 Employees with Awards for Exceptional Service

The TSRTC on Saturday presented awards to 286 employees, Of these, 36 won the Rakhi Poornami Challenge, 30 the Shravana Masam Challenge. Another 180 employees were declared the zonal level best, there were 25 winners in the extra mile category and 15 in the logistics department.

Among the winners were drivers, conductors, mechanics, helpers, workers, supervisors, depot managers, deputy regional managers and RMs. Speaking at the ceremony, RTC MD V.C. Sajjanar said that there have been revolutionary changes in the company in the last two years. He said the Rakhi Poornami Challenge earned a record Rs 22.65 crore in a single day. The earnings during the Shravana Masam were more than last year.
