Adoni MLA's Jagan needs more experience' comment goes viral
Kurnool: Comments of Adoni ruling party MLA Y. Sai Prasad Reddy that Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy still needs to get some more experience to handle issues of the state have gone viral in social media, portraying them as a burst of rebellion.
The MLA quickly stepped in to undo the damage, saying his comments have been distorted. “They are part of a plot to divide legislators from the CM,” Sai Prasad Reddy observed.
In fact, the Adoni MLA had launched the “Jagananne Maa Bhavishyatthu” campaign at Arekal in Adoni mandal on Friday. He said they have started the programme in the constituency to collect opinion from voters whether or not they have been benefitted by the welfare programmes of the government.
Sai Prasad Reddy maintained they are collecting data of people who have expressed their opinion, whether positive or negative. They are fixing stickers at the residences of people with their permission. He said party activists are carrying books to record the opinions of people.
The Adoni MLA had earlier commented that the Chief Minister is still to get some more experience to handle issues of the state. He (Jagan Mohan Reddy) would become perfect once he rules the state for another five years. However, the comment ignited a controversy on social media.
Sai Prasad Reddy admitted that there is dissatisfaction among party cadres and leaders across the state. It would take another five years of full-fledged growth in the state to set matters in order. Till then, it is not correct to slam the CM on his administration, he observed.
On Saturday, the Adoni MLA made it clear that they are all with YSR Congress and they would not leave Jagan Mohan Reddy.
