Visakhapatnam: Vizag Navy Marathon, a flagship event of Navy Day Celebrations at the Eastern Naval Command, is scheduled on November 5.
An eagerly awaited event by professional runners, amateurs, elders, children, families and friends, the marathon has continued to enjoy support, patronage and enthusiastic participation from citizens of Visakhapatnam.
The event that attracted 4,000 runners in 2014 grew to 18,000 participants in 2022.
The marathon will be in four categories – 42 km, 21 km, 10 km and 5 km, along the Beach Road.
Registration for all categories of the marathon has commenced. People can register through the website www.vizagnavymarathon.run
