Home minister Vanitha visits cyclone victims

Kakinada: State home minister Taneti Vanitha on Sunday visited cyclone-affected colonies and inundated paddy fields at Fakkilanka, Annadevarapeta and Johnpeta in Tallapudi mandal in Kovvuru constituency on Sunday.

The minister assured victims of the cyclone that the government will provide assistance to them in their time of need. People who have lost houses or property will be compensated by the state government.

Vanitha said Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has made it clear that all help should be extended to victims of cyclone. The government has already started helping victims of the cyclone accordingly.
