‘Uniting Minds, Creating Leaders’ is the theme for the third edition of SIMUN. The conference seeks to highlight the importance of bringing in young talents’ opinions, thoughts, and experiences in such a way that they portray themselves as global citizens and aspire to be leaders to achieve sustainable development.
“Our committees seek to develop the world socially, economically and politically to create a better future for all of us, not just for those with access to capital or political influence. These committees not only reflect a detailed replica of UN procedures, technology, intensity and ambiance, but also aim to give a deep insight into the art of diplomacy, the values of collaboration and compromise, skills in public speaking, research, and debate. For each and every participating delegate SIMUN tries to instill the belief that youth will empower the future, thus producing more world leaders who are the need of the hour,” a source from the school told DC.
