While the opposition DMK claimed that its party had been the basis for the departments to perform better now, Revenue Minister R. B. Udayakumar retorted saying, “the foundation you had laid is weak. We won recognition due to the administrative abilities of our Amma (late CM Jayalalithaa). The credit goes to the Amma government.”
