Hyderabad: Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL) on Sunday released the list of phone numbers to be contacted during power supply interruption.
In a press release issued on Sankranthi festival, TSSPDCL stated that, with kites being flown in Greater Hyderabad limits there are chances of kites and manja falling on the power lines resulting in power supply interruption in a few areas.
TSSPDCL through a press release informed people to contact the call centre: 1912 or reach out to them through Twitter: @tsspdclcorporat or Facebook: @gmcsc.tsspdcl or www.tssouthernpower.com to report power supply interruption. People can also report power supply interruptions through TSSPDCL mobile App and through Dial 100.
In a review meeting held with engineers and chief general managers whose jurisdiction falls in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits , Chairman & Managing Director of TSSPDCL, Musharraf Ali Faruqui instructed the staff and officials to be available round the clock to meet any electricity emergencies.
