Vijayawada: Advocates of the Bezwada Bar Association are all geared up to protest against the high handedness of AP CID personnel in issuing notices under Section 160 of the CrPC to its members, on April 17.
According to the Bar Association's general secretary J. Sridhar, the notices were issued to members including, Sunkara Rajendra Prasad and Gottipati Rama Krishna Prasad, to senior advocates as well as AP High Court advocate Jada Sravan Kumar. Sridhar said that BBA condemned the act of the AP CID.
