Hyderabad: YSRC MP Magunta Srinivasula Reddy skipped the summons of Enforcement Directorate (ED) asking him to appear before the agency for questioning in connection with the money laundering pertaining to the Delhi liquor scam case on Saturday.
ED officials had called Srinivasula Reddy to appear with his individual bank statements, business activities and personnel details. However, the MP ignored the summons. He did not inform ED officials about his sudden visit to Chennai.
ED officials reportedly wanted to question the YSRCP MP along with businessman Aurn Ramachandra Pillai and auditor Buchi Babu.
Meanwhile, the court extended the judicial remand of Magunta Raghava Reddy, who was arrested by ED a few days ago in connection with the case. Raghava Reddy is lodged in Tihar jail.
