Hyderabad: The BJP on Sunday announced the names of 19 candidates in its fifth list and 6 candidates in sixth list for the December 7 state Assembly elections. This includes seven reserved constituencies.
The BJP has cleared the name of Ms Bodige Shobha, who joined the BJP after being denied a nomination by the TRS.
The BJP has so far announced candidates for 118 constituencies out of the 119 and the other seat is alloted to Yuva Telangana which joined hands with BJP recently.
There was a quarrel between two groups at the party office in Devarakonda in Nalgonda district.
The followers of Mr Lalu Naik, who joined the BJP after the TRS denied him the ticket attacked BJP candidate Kalyan.
