Hyderabad: Margadarshi Chit Funds pvt. ltd. on Thursday approached the Telangana High Court challenging the decision of Andhra Pradesh Registrar of Chits and commissioner and IG of registration and stamps in appointing a private chartered accountant of their choice to audit accounts of 37 branches of Margadarshi.
Justice Mummaneni Sudheer Kumar heard the petition and arguments from both sides. However, the court asked the petitioner as to why it had not approached the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
