Puducherry: The AIADMK on Tuesday demanded a special Assembly session to discuss the issues pertaining to the Centre refusing to give permission for the presentation of the annual budget 2018-19.
"A special session to be convened to discuss the reason for not getting permission for the budget, whether it is part of a political agenda for not allowing the three nominated members should be discussed in detail", said the AIADMK leader while addressing a press conference here.
Mr Anbazhagan alleged that Chief Minister V. Narayanasamy is trying to hide his "inefficency" in various issues including the financial situation of the state, power struggled with the Lt.Governor and setting up of the Cauvery management Board.
" Now he failed to get the permission of the union government to present the annual budget,” he added.
