Lavanya terms Manipur video' disheartening
After Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani and Sonu Sood, it is now the turn of pretty actress Lavanya Tripathi to condemn the violence against women in Manipur. “No one deserves to live in fear like this.. This is extremely disheartening and disturbing,” her tweet read. Recently, Lavanya got engaged to Telugu actor Varun Tej on June 9 and they are going to get married soon.
Actually, Lavanya Tripathi has made a name for herself in Telugu film industry with films like ‘Andala Rakshasi’, ‘Bhale Bhale Mogodivoy’ and ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ to be hailed as an actress who can perform varied roles. She refrained from ultra-glam roles and preferred doing roles with substance and proved her mettle.
It remains to be seen whether she will return to acting after marriage like Kajal Agarwal or Alia Bhatt.
