The deaths in Raipur comes days after more than 70 children were killed under similar circumstances at Baba Raghav Das Medical College Hospital in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
While more than 60 children died due to alleged disruption in liquid oxygen supply at the hospital, the rest of them died due to encephalitis.
