Shifting of camp offices referred to three-judge bench of HC
Vijayawada: A single judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court has issued an order referring the cases filed on the matter of shifting government offices to Visakhapatnam before a three-judge bench of the court.
The AP government told the High Court that it would not take any steps to move the offices until the three-judge bench passes appropriate orders. It is known that the farmers of Amaravati have filed petitions in the High Court alleging that government offices are being shifted from Amaravati to Visakhapatnam under the guise of the CM’s camp office. The single judge who heard the petition issued an order to this effect.
