Hyderabad: Imran Ali Khan alias Fiza Jahaan, a transwoman who allegedly killed eight-year-old Abdul Wahed Khan at Allauddin Koti in Sanatnagar on Thursday, did not tell autorickshaw driver Mohd Rafeeq that the bag he was transporting had the remains of the victim.
After helping him dump the bag in the nala, Rafeeq asked Imran why the sack was heavy. Imran replied that the bag had the body of Abdul. Rafeeq did not complain to the police, and dropped Imran back home. Police booked Rafeeq for concealing information and arrested him along with Imran.
Inquiries revealed that Imran used to run private chits in which Abdul’s father Wasim Khan was a member. Imran had initially promised Wasim Khan the chit in the first half of 2023 but then put it back to May or June. However, Wasim Khan was requesting Imran for the chit, which resulted in the transwoman nursing a grudge, police said.
After killing Abdul, Imran panicked when people started searching for the child and decided to dispose off the body.
