Hyderabad-Bengaluru trip to cost Rs 2,800 on Vande Bharat Express
Hyderabad: A ticket in the executive class of the Vande Bharat Express between Kacheguda and Yeshwanthpur could cost Rs 2,800, according to sources in the commercial department, and around Rs 1,500 for a chair car ride.
“The fare is calculated by considering various factors, including the catering facility, It may change as per the options given by passenger,” the sources said.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the service on September 24. It will make the trip between Hyderabad and Bengaluru in about eight hours on the Mahbubnagar-Kurnool-Gooty route.
This will be the third Vande Bharat service in the city, after the trains to Visakhapatnam and Tirupati.
Modi will inaugurate nine sets of Vande Bharat Express services on Sunday, including another one in the SCR zone between Vijayawada and Chennai.
