Chandrababu Naidu house building is illegal: Botsa Satyanarayana
Vijayawada: A day after the state government took possession of the Praja Vedika that is adjacent to TD chief N. Chandrababu Naidu’s residence the Capital Region Development Authority submitted a report to the government stating that the building was constructed without its permit.
Minister Botsa Satyanarayana on Saturday visited Praja Vedika and said the YSRC government would consider the building’s future later.
It was only to avoid the expenditure of conducting Monday’s collector’s conference in a star hotel like Mr Naidu used to, the YSRC government had decided to conduct the meeting at Praja Vedika, he said.
It is learnt that the executive engineer of the municipal corporation had denied permission to build Praja Vedika on the Krishna riverbed. Work went ahead on the oral instructions from then minister P. Narayana.
He said the house where Mr Naidu is residing was illegal construction and the government will think over what to do with it later.
