Chhattisgarh: Naxals thrash tribals, torch 40 vehicles
Around 400 Maoists armed to the teeth landed in the village early on morning dragged people out of houses and set fire to the vehicles.
Bhopal: Naxals on Friday set fire to as many as 40 construction vehicles and thrashed the local tribals in Kistaram in Chhattisgrh’s south Bastar district of Sukma district to “avenge” the Thursday’s killing of an ultra in an encounter with the security personnel.
According to a senior district police officer, around 400 Maoists armed to the teeth landed in the village early on Friday morning dragged people out of houses and set fire to the vehicles.
