Hyderabad: In yet another good news to motorists, the government has decided to give rebate for those paying their pending challans. Officials said an announcement would be made in a day or two.
Sources told Deccan Chronicle that the modalities on the rebate and other details were being worked out. It will be implemented for the entire state.
They said that it might be on the lines of the rebate provided in March last year, when motorists paid up Rs 300 crore.
