Traffic jam at Hitec city, Hyderabad (DC)
Hyderabad: Nizamabad witnessed a massive traffic jam following heavy rainfall that continued for the last 24 hours. The Armoor-Bheemgal road was flooded resulting in a halt of vehicular traffic.
On Tuesday morning, flood water entered the police station, tahsildar office, and Rythu Vedika in Velpur mandal headquarters. Ramadugu project in Dharpally mandal has reached its full reservoir level.
The officials initiated rescue and relief works in Nizamabad and Armoor revenue divisions.
