Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh High Court has directed the AP CID not to initiate any hasty action against Telugu Desam president and former chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu until further orders in the two petitions filed by him seeking anticipatory bail dealing with anomalies in alignment of Amaravati Inner Ring Road and lapses in free sand policy.
A single-judge bench headed by Justice T. Mallikarjuna Rao heard the two pleas here on Friday and adjourned the Amaravati IRR case to November 29 and the free sand policy case to November 30 for the next hearing.
