Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh High Court judge Justice D.V.S.S. Somayajulu was given a grand farewell to mark his superannuation at a programme held at the High Court on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, High Court Chief Justice Dheeraj Singh Thakur said that Justice Somayajulu was born into a family of lawyers and was the fourth generation lawyer. He praised Justice Somayajulu for his expertise in civil, commercial, and arbitration law, and for his successful handling of arbitration cases both in India and abroad.
Justice Somayajulu thanked all those who supported him during his career, and said that he started practicing law under the guidance of one of the AP High Court's legendary judges, Justice Ramesh Ranganath, on September 21, 1997.
Advocate general S. Sriram, AP High Court Bar Association president Janaka Rami Reddy, AP High Court Bar Council member Ghanta Rama Rao, and others wished Justice Somayajulu a healthy and happy retired life.
