The Met department in Telangana has alerted the public to get ready for strong thunderstorms in the next 6 days. The Met officials said that under the influence of a weak circulation, Telangana is likely to get good rains in the next one week.
Super storms are expected both this afternoon and night in Telangana. The authorities have asked the people to carry monsoon gear along with them for immediate protection from the rain. Also, motorists commuting to the workplaces were told to be careful as there could be traffic snarls due to the sudden thunderstorms.
