Sudhakar Shetty's watches not traced yet: Police
Bengaluru: As per Dr. Sudhkar Shetty’s complaint, the theft took place in his house in an apartment on Rest House Road on April 12, 2015.
The complaint was filed with the Cubbon Park police on May 7. However, the police are yet to crack the case.
In his complaint, the 65-year-old stated that on April 12 he had gone out on some work and by the time he returned, three wrist watches and gold jewellery were stolen.
He had also mentioned in the complaint that his car driver, Anand Pujari, domestic help Mahalakshmi and Yashoda, a distant relative, had come to his house.
The police said that the three suspects were questioned but could not establish their role in the case. Additional Commissioner of Police (West) Charan Reddy said that the complainant had initially not mentioned the brand of the stolen watches in the complaint.
“When he was summoned again, he informed the police that two were Rolex and the other was a Chopard watch. The investigations are still on to trace the thieves,” he said.
