SC to Hear AP's Plea to Cancel Naidu's Regular Bail in Skill Scam Case Today

Vijayawada: The Supreme Court would hear on Tuesday the AP government’s plea to cancel the regular bail granted to Telugu Desam president Nara Chandrababu Naidu in the AP skill development scam case.

A division bench of Justice Bela Trivedi and Justice Satishchandra Sarma would hear the case.

The AP High Court had granted regular bail to Naidu on November 20. However, the AP government on behalf of the CID filed the SLP on November 21 challenging the HC’s order, seeking to cancel the regular bail granted to Naidu.
