Hyderabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said the workers stuck in the collapsed Silkyara tunnel in Uttarakhand needed the prayers of everyone in the country.
Speaking at a religious event here, Modi said the government and various agencies are doing their best to get the workers stuck in the collapsed tunnel out but “nature was throwing constant challenges.”
He said, “We have to be very careful in this rescue and relief operation. But we are determined to safely bring everyone out. The entire country is with the stuck workers and we should pray for their safety and quick and safe rescue.”
