Bhuvaneswari prays at Rajahmundry church for Naidu's release
VIJAYAWADA: Nara Bhuvaneswari, spouse of Telugu Desam president Chandrababu Naidu, along with her family members, offered special prayers at Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church in Church Peta of Rajahmundry on Wednesday seeking her husband’s release from the town’s Central Jail.
After the prayers, she visited a relay hunger strike camp at Sitanagaram in East Godavari district, where TD supporters are on fast.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhuvaneswari asked how Naidu could be jailed for past 19 days without conducting any probe on charges of graft.
She underlined that authorities have failed in proving their charges against the former CM. She called upon people to be united in supporting Naidu.
