KOZHIKODE: Two new companies Zoondia Software and Ayur IT City have set up shop in Cyber Park here. Kerala IT Parks CEO Hrishikesh Nair inaugurated the Technopark-headquartered Zoondia Software's facility here.
Kerala State Wakf Board chairman Panakkad Sayyid Rasheed Ali Shihab Thangal opened the new office of Ayur IT City. Now the Cyber Park community has grown into more than 20 including startups.
The first software hub in the region, the Uralungal Cyberpark, has 25 companies while the state-run Cyber Park started with eight, and both had shown significant growth since.
Officials said the city had a presentable IT ecosystem which would attract more firms and professionals.
They say the natives prefer to work here to be with their parents and friends. Zoondia provides technology solutions and custom software development in mobile technology, web development, IoT, analytics and big data. The company has taken 1500 square feet space in the Smart Business Centre. It has operations in the US and the Middle East.
Ayur IT City, the IT wing of Ayur Medicity Pvt Ltd, offers web development, software development and mobile app development.
