Hyderabad: 400 passengers of Air India 965 have been left stranded as the flight has been delayed for 27 hours and the status remains unknown. The flight from Hyderabad to Jeddah has been postponed but the exact reason is not known to the passengers.
The flight status shows unknown. The flight was to come from Mumbai to Hyderabad on to Jeddah.
Mr Uzair Tousif from Hyderabad said, "We have no information about the flight. We were asked to go back home as the flight is delayed. After that, whenever we are calling the airline there is no response. Our hotel is booked in Jeddah and who will pay for the loss that we will incur?"
With no clarity on the flight, passengers are not sure whether they must opt for cancellation and if the money will be refunded.
Angry passengers have been left in the lurch as their schedules have gone completely haywire.
The Air India authorities were out of reach and there was no response on the reason for delay.
