BJP Govt Playing With Emotions of People: Kavitha
NIZAMABAD: BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha said that BJP government first increased the LPG cylinder price by Rs.800 and then decreased it by Rs.200. ‘It’s not a gift, but absolute gaslighting of people’s emotions and pockets’, she Tweeted on X on Tuesday.
Kavitha criticised the Central government for the exorbitant price of LPG cylinders and for decreasing it nominally. For the last ten years, people have suffered a lot due to steep hike in LPG cylinder price, she said.
The BRS MLC also participated in the job mela organized in Nizamabad on Tuesday. She said that reservation has been provided for differently abled people in the job mela. "A total of 41 companies participated in the job mela and the unemployed youths should utilise the opportunity, she said.
Nizamabad urban and rural MLAs Bigala Ganesh, Bajireddy Govardhan also spoke on the occasion.
Meanwhile, Kavitha participated in Padmashali Athmiya sammelanam and urged the community members to vote for BRS in the ensuing Assembly elections. She announced financial assistance of Rs.1 crore for constructing Padmashali tarpa community halls in the town.
