Bengaluru: Aadhaar must to get SSLC marks cards
Bengaluru: If you lost your SSLC marks card and want to obtain a duplicate one, you have to submit your Aadhaar details along with the application form to be sent to the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB).
The KSEEB secretary has issued an order to the heads of all the 34 educational districts in the state to sensitise students about submitting Aadhaar details. As per the order, applicants should get the application forms available at the office of their schools or at the Block Education Officer (BEOs) through their headmasters and submit them. Applicants should submit their forms only through the school they studied in. They should also mention their and their headmasters’ phone numbers compulsorily.
They must enclose a photocopy of their Aadhaar card along with the prescribed application form, fees paid challan and other details to receive the duplicate or new marks card.
Headmasters too should check the application whether the applicant has mentioned his/her name, spelling, date of birth, parents’ name and registration number correctly as per his/her primary school records before sending it to KSEEB.
