Bajrang Dal activists tonsure a man in UP
Lucknow: In a shocking incident, Bajrang Dal activists tonsured a man’s head, garlanded him with shoes and paraded him on a donkey in Jalaun district after they suspected him of encouraging Hindus to convert to Christianity.
The incident took place on Friday in Orai and a probe has been ordered by the district administration. A FIR has also been registered against two of the Dal activists.
According to reports, the alleged victim Avadesh Savita had converted three Hindu men to Christianity without their permission and also fed them beef.
He also allegedly made the three men walk over photographs of Hindu deities following the conversion in a church in Mirzapur district.
