TSPSC secretary asked to appear before SIT today
Hyderabad: The special investigation team (SIT), probing the TSPSC question paper leak, on Friday served notices to commission secretary Anitha Ramachandran and one of its members, Bandi Lingareddy.
The SIT has arrested their PAs, P. Praveen Kumar, one of the main accused, and Ramesh in the case. Praveen and Ramesh had both cleared their Group I Prelims.
SIT officials told Deccan Chronicle that notices have been served on the two officials under section 160 of the CrPC, asking them to appear on Saturday, to record their statements as witnesses in the case.
“In due course, the chairman and other board members would also be summoned,” they said.
The officials have to explain about the nature of work at the commission, responsibilities and limitations and those of their PAs,’ SIT officials said.
