Hyderabad: Congress leaders from the undivided Medak district urged forests minister Konda Surekha to ensure that a survey was conducted on the distribution of two-bedroom houses in Gajwel constituency. Party leaders including former MLA Narsa Reddy, former Gajwel Municipal Corporation chairman Bhaskar, CITU district president Yellaiah, who met with Surekha, said distribution of the houses must be done only after a thorough survey of the applicants and the houses should be handed over only to those genuinely eligible.
