Hyderabad: A 16-year-old girl, who ran away from home after her parents scolded her for talking on phone, was reportedly raped by a driver with an app-based taxi service, at a lodge in Kachiguda. Police said, Sandeep Reddy met the victim near Secunderabad railway station while she was crying. He managed to convince her that he would take care of her and later. he took her to a lodge and raped her. Kacheguda police said so far they have not received any complaint as the victim's parents are not aware of the incident. Police have reportedly taken the accused into custody.
