According to information, Pagadala Vignesh and Chirra Chandrakala loved each other and decided to live together after a marriage pact. The parents of Chandrakala opposed the marriage and asked their daughter to take back her decision. Then, Chandrakala's parents asked her to give back six acres of property in her name. Immediately, she registered the land in the name of her parents. She married Vignesh on May 14.

Vignesh, belonging to Mudiraj community and Chandrakala from Yadav, settled in another village and were living there on the advice of friends. The issue caused differences between the two families.

Vignesh’s sister N Srilatha and her husband Upender came to the village and opened Vignesh’s house to get a gas cylinder. Chandrakala’s relatives, furious at the marriage, locked them in the house.

Upender dialed to 100 and explained his position in the village. Satish, a cop with Blue Cots rushed to the spot and shot pictures of the confinement and sent the videos to higher officials. Suddenly, Venkanna, a relative of Chandrakala, hurled a stone at Satish, who sustained a head injury. Later, the relatives of Chandrakala came to the spot and broke the cell phone.
